1. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

1.1 Coach's Commitment to Client Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All information shared by you during coaching sessions, consultations, or any private communications is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express written consent, except as required by law.

What is confidential:

• Personal information shared during sessions
• Health information and medical history
• Financial information
• Family and relationship matters
• Spiritual experiences and practices
• Goals, challenges, and progress
• All written communications

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

2.1 Ownership of Content

All content provided by House of Guanyin is proprietary and protected by copyright law. This includes:

• 52-Week Watch and Flow Mastery Program curriculum
• Weekly lecture scripts and recordings
• PDF curricula and student handouts
• Social media posts and video content
• The Watch and Flow Method™ (proprietary methodology)
• All written, audio, and video materials

2.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• ❌ Reproduce any content in any form
• ❌ Distribute materials to others
• ❌ Teach the Watch and Flow Method to others
• ❌ Create derivative works
• ❌ Use for commercial purposes
• ❌ Post on social media
• ❌ Record sessions without permission
• ❌ Share login credentials

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS

We are NOT:

• Licensed medical professionals
• Licensed psychologists or therapists
• Qualified to diagnose or treat medical conditions

Our services are:

• Spiritual coaching and guidance
• Meditation instruction
• Energy cultivation practices (Qigong)
• Personal development and transformation

3.2 When to Seek Medical Help

You should seek professional medical help if you experience:

• Severe depression or suicidal thoughts
• Anxiety that interferes with daily functioning
• Trauma symptoms
• Substance abuse or addiction
• Any medical condition requiring diagnosis or treatment

If you are in crisis:

• Call 911 (emergency services)
• Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
• Go to your nearest emergency room

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Results depend on many factors, including:

• Your commitment to daily practice
• Your consistency and dedication
• Your openness to the process
• Your current life circumstances
• Factors beyond anyone's control

4.2 What We Provide

We provide:

• High-quality instruction and guidance
• Proven methods and techniques
• Comprehensive curriculum and materials
• Ongoing support and community

We do NOT provide:

• Guaranteed spiritual awakening
• Guaranteed healing or transformation
• Guaranteed relief from suffering
• Guaranteed life changes or outcomes

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Subscription Services (Monthly Membership)

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

5.2 One-Time Services (Consultations)

Consultations are non-refundable once scheduled.

• Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before appointment
• 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before appointment
• No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment
• Consultation fee ($247) can be applied toward coaching if you join within 7 days

5.3 Coaching Programs

Premium Coaching ($497/month):

• Monthly subscription, non-refundable
• May cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial months

VIP Coaching ($2,400/month):

• Monthly subscription, non-refundable
• Requires 30-day cancellation notice
• No refunds for unused sessions

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

6.1 Respectful Behavior

You agree to:

• Treat Coach and other clients with respect
• Communicate professionally and courteously
• Respect boundaries and personal space
• Maintain confidentiality of other clients

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Spiritual practices carry inherent risks
• Meditation can bring up difficult emotions
• You participate at your own risk

7.2 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release House of Guanyin, Coach Katrina Olurinde, and all affiliates from any and all liability for:

• Physical injury or illness
• Emotional or psychological distress
• Financial loss or damages
• Any other damages or losses

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

8.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and sent via email.
